I photograph each project in the context of place, light and season, from morning light to evening hours. I work with spatial depth, material structure and subtle contrast so the final images communicate the values and aesthetics of your project. The photographs are prepared for architectural portfolios, media and marketing materials.
We have worked with Jiří Bednář several times and have always been very satisfied. He has an excellent feel for architecture and knows how to capture both space and detail. Working with him is always pleasant and straightforward. We warmly recommend his services.
The investor of our Panský dvůr apartment project in Bučovice–Vícemilice selected Mr Bednář to create promotional photographs of the completed building. We appreciated his flexibility and genuine interest in the project. He wanted to understand the architect’s ideas, so we met at the site in person. He produced a broad selection of photographs, making it easy to choose the agreed final set. We will certainly recommend him to investors for future projects or commission him ourselves.
I met Mr Bednář while he was photographing a completed family house for which I designed the interior. His precision and good eye are clearly reflected in the final photographs, and I can warmly recommend his services.
I highly recommend working with Mr Bednář, from the communication through to the final photographs. He always delivers within the agreed deadline, and the results regularly exceed expectations. We have already worked together on several projects, and every time everything went without …
I can only recommend Mr Bednář. He photographs our custom kitchens and complete interiors, and we are very satisfied. Communication is straightforward, pricing is fair, the photographs are excellent and the overall cooperation is first-rate. We definitely recommend him.
We work with Mr Bednář to photograph completed buildings and interiors from our projects. We are very satisfied with his work and particularly value his reliability, professionalism and ability to work independently.
I had an excellent experience with Jiří while photographing and filming reference projects for our agency clients. I do not want to encourage anyone to cut corners, but he can seemingly be in three places at once: operating a drone, filming handheld and photographing from a tripod. Everything can always be agreed with him, and the quality of the deliverables is outstanding.
We had a very good experience working with Jiří Bednář. He photographed a logistics complex for us, and I particularly appreciated his professionalism and flexibility—he adjusted the shoot to the current weather so that the lighting conditions were as …

I am a photographer who consciously straddles the line between documentation and artistic interpretation, and it is precisely in this tension that the images that interest me are born. I approach every location as an interpreter: I seek out what the space truly offers, and I look for a way to express it with precision and my own perspective.
I go through each project together with the client, intuitively seeking perspectives and letting the architecture speak for itself. We share a vision, combine our ideas, and select images together; the resulting series emerges as a dialogue with the client, not as a mere commission.
This methodology is not a compromise; it is a way to ensure that both the client’s intent and the visual language that gives the photographs character and cohesion are reflected in the final result.
In my compositions, I consciously work with the foreground, middle ground, and background. Each shot is constructed from what the moment offers. I perceive light as a tool: I am interested in subtle shadows, depth of space, color fidelity, and the texture of materials.
Each image conveys a single clear idea, and the series flows together into a cohesive narrative.
I have to adapt to the space, move within it, and search for angles and compositions. My strength lies in spatial thinking—in how architecture functions within its context in relation to place, light, scale, and the life that unfolds within it.
I work with color that has expression and depth, with layered contrast, and with the texture of materials that is legible and present in the final image. The result is not just photographs that fulfill a brief; they are photographs that have their own language and are instantly recognizable.
I’m looking for architects and designers, manufacturers and suppliers of lighting, facade systems, and glass facades, as well as flooring and screed solutions—people who have a clear signature style and product, know what they want to express and who they want to reach, and approach collaboration as an equal dialogue. If you have your own visual language and are looking for a photographer who understands it and can translate it into images, let’s talk.
