Personal data on https://www.jiribednar.com/ (the "Photographer") is collected, processed and used only in accordance with applicable personal data protection law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

Under the applicable legislation, the Photographer is not required to appoint a data protection officer and has therefore not appointed one.
Legal basis and purposes of processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, where necessary to perform our contractual or legal obligations, or to pursue our legitimate interests, especially operating this website, providing our services and managing our internal operations.
Detailed information about the scope and purposes of processing is provided below with regard to your relationship with the Photographer.
Recipients and processors of personal data
We process your data only within the Czech Republic. We do not sell it to third parties and we do not disclose it to anyone unless this is necessary. In some cases, trusted partners process personal data for us as processors, solely for our specified purposes and on the basis of a written data processing agreement. These are mainly service providers used to fulfil our obligations to clients and business partners.
These processors may include hosting providers, external marketing and administration suppliers, an accounting office, a law office and providers of online advertising systems.

We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. These measures are continuously updated in line with technical development.

Registration
If you decide to use the Photographer's services as an architect, photographer or media representative and become our client, you may need to register through the relevant form. Registration gives you access to a database, with access terms depending on your position or profession.
During registration we may request your name, surname, email, telephone number, registered address where it relates to a natural person engaged in business, and your work position if you act as an authorised representative.
Mutual cooperation
If you are a natural person and our contractual partner or client, we process your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations or our legitimate interests. This may include your name, surname, address, date of birth, telephone number, email, contact address and bank details.
When providing services, we may also process personal data of your employees, collaborators or authorised representatives, including name, surname, position, competence, telephone number and email address. We also keep records of communication connected with providing our services, ensuring continuity, individualisation and legal protection.
We process these personal data for the duration of the service contract and for the period necessary to fulfil archiving obligations under applicable law, at least for the duration of the contract and for 6 months after its termination unless a dispute is pending, but no longer than 5 years after performance ends.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about personal data and processing, rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing and the right to object to processing. Please contact us at studio@jiribednar.com. These rights relate only to your personal data and their availability always depends on the specific circumstances of processing. We will handle your request within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise.
If processing is based solely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes.
